Comment = perh panas lak petng tue.. aku berlagak mcm kenya.. mau kasi terbakar kulit.. peluh mengalir bak air.. hidung berair.. kureng selese.. buat kali pertama aku berlari dan langgar tiang besi.. nie gara2 aku nk lintas jalan raya.. lari mengundur beb.. tau tau daa langgar tiang.. adoii sakit pale aku.. orng tepi jalan usha aku n depa gelak.. aku cover malu aku troz ikat tali kasut.. pastu kembali berlari.. huuuuu

Comment = seminggu aku x berlari.. errrmm Demam la pulak gara2 pulang dr Sabah... panas sejuk panas sejuk.. habis laa aku... apa-apa pon hati kene keras.. marathon hampir menjelma.. training x bleh miss.. klau x.. buruk padah nya..
