22.01.2009 sehingga 28.01.2009

sejak dr great estern..20km aku daa start menyusn jadual event aku.. walau pon agak berterabur mcm rojak.. aku tetap ikot dgn ape yg aku buat.. maklum ler Self traineer.. dlu aku lari just for fun, skang event pon makn lama mkin syok.. Letih berlari pon aku puas hati.. tahun nie aku n mr kuatlari daa menetapkan tarikh utk aku.. try ke FULL MARATHON - 40km - dlm Standard Chartered KL Marathon 2009 nnti.. ade lebih kurang 4 bulan dr hari nie.. aku daa start training secara keras.. sakit ke x sakit ker tgh fit ker "lg sesuai" hehe aku tetap target lari dlm 15km sehari.. berselang sehari untk rest.. nak kasi otot-otot pd tahap maksima mmg sush.. jenis aku x penh layan gym.. tp aku mengharapkan laluan bukit mampu membantu aku.. huuuuuu ikot bukit mental mau kuat.. haaahah..

jadual yg x seberapa baek.. kali pertama beb.. mcm hampas (rojak)

1. semnggu cube dpt dlm 50km smggu..
2. rest dlm 2 kali dlam seminggu..
3. sekali lari mau cecah 15km + +
4. x dpt 15km aku try maen mase.. lg lama lg bagus utuk ketahanan..
5. laluan bukit mesti ade setiap laluan yg aku lalu..
6. hujung miggu klau ade mase aku n partner aku wat 20km.. tgk pada condition bdn dulu..
7. pegi ke gym.. tue yg aku pertimbangkan.. sbb aku x penh ke gym
8. mau layan pharmaton n power bar.. makanan rasmi aku bg mana2 event..
9. wat latihan speed.. 1km per lap..
10. mau jmpe en haile dlm mimpi beb... hahahahah
11. makan itu penting.. abis lari kene makan.. bedal jer. keekekeke

SuKsEs.. TraiNiNg HarD Win EasY


GREAT ESTERN 30km 18.01.2009.........

Tepat jam 2230 pm pada 17.01.2009, malam seblom event bermula, aku daa x p.k apa apa lg. Smua barang2 keperluan event aku daa prepare dgn sebaik yg mungkin, dr latihn yang keras, dr a - z, mental, fitness, ketahanan, ubat-ubatan, pemakanan dan laen2 telah aku buat .Hanya mnnati jam 0415 am. Aku n mr shahrafi dok berkampung d rumh mr kamarul d sect.7 shah alam. Seblom tido, mcm biasa r tarok nombor peserta pd baju. Huuuu aku xda lak pin. Ermm mcm mana aku boleh terlupa dgn pin, nie gara2 Pacesetters terlepas pndang kot. Haahaa nk je aku call MR RUSTAM n then mintak die pin. Xpa perkara kecik, mr kamarul ade pin lebih so die bg aku, janji ada. Selepas smua nya setel, jiwa aku pon daa xda kacau, so aku pon lelapkan mata d atas sofa. Dgn tenang aku tros tido dan mennti saat 0415 am... Bile daa selalu join event, perasaan berdebar sudah xda lg, klau ada susah nk tido malam, mental kacau bahaya beb hahaha. Pastu aku pon tido..dgn mennti jam phne aku berbunyi.. risau gak kalau phne aku x mampu mengerakkan aku.. (jarang sekali berlaku) maklum laa aku jenis sensetive dgn bunyi.... (z_z) zzzzzzzzz

Tepat jam 0420 am.. dgn tetiba aku terjage. Hah.. great estern 30km.. Apa lg, p mandi siap2 ade laa dlm 1/2 jam.. Makan ape yg patut, jgn lupe makan adalh penting, lagi event2 yg beso-beso mcm nie.. Jagn sesekali bedal mkn berat pd waktu pagi2.. Klau tidak akan mendtang kan masalh pada sistem penghadaman anda.. Pisang 5 biji aku bedal.. ayo (air kosong) 2 cawan.. teloq separuh masak 2 biji mkn kat restorn Pelita sect.9 shah alam (5 mint jer beb) masa adalah berlian.. roti Gardenia 4 keping.. satapan aku seblom event bermula pd jam 0630 am.. Habis pelahap teloq aku n the geng tros ke Tasek Perdana Kuala Lumpur.. Jalan xda jam.. So tros jer memandu ke destinasi yg d tujui.... hahahaa P/S : tali pingang jgn lupe pakai..

Alhmdullah.. tiba gak ke tempat d tujui.. sampai2 xda lak parking.. apa boleh buat daa lmbat.. mr sharafi pon komplain.. laen kali klau ade event besar2 mcm nie kene dtng awal.. Aku setuju jer dngn ape yg die ckp.. Hahaha.. pastu die pon blah mencari parking kereta.. akhir nya dpt gak tmpat yg dekat.. hahhaa bagus laa tue.. xde r nk jlan jauh2.. Sementara mr sharafi park kete, aku n mr kamarul p ke kaunter pendataftaran utk tarok beg.. Pastu p ke toilettt.. mcm biasa buang apa yg patut.. Perhhh kene baris laa pulak.. Demi Great Estern aku tetap bersabor dgn `q` yg begitu panjng..

Flushhh d tarik.. Apa lg.. warm up laaa.. wat ape yg patut seblom memulakan larian sejauh 20km.. Huh setel dgn warming up aku pon p ke garisan permulaan.. Dub Dub Dub bunyi jntung aku berdebar.. Hanya menti saat 0630 am.. masa utk pelepasan peserta dalm 20km.. Huhhuhhuh hon pon berbunyi... makna nya sudah bermula GREAT ESTERN 20 km pd 18.01.2009.. Dgn penuh semangat dan 100% focus aku memulakn larian dgn sepantas yg mungkin.. Training Hard Win Easy kata2 yg aku pegang selama aku medekati dgn event long distance nih..... Lari punya lari.. Bukit aku daki.. Turn naek, naek turn bukit.. perhhh tension beb.. Tp dgn latihan yg aku buat aku dpt tawan smua bukit yag aku lalu.. Haha semangt tue jgn hilang.. klau hilang abis smua.. slepas bukit aku redah tiggal lg 2km terakhir.. Ermmm saat yg aku risaukan... pangkal peha aku daa mula terasa kejang.. Huhhhh klau kejang nie habis aku.. aku menahan sehingga ke bukit terakhir.. nasib baek xda tiggi.. So aku tros lari dgn pace aku yg agak slow sket..

Lari lari lari mrbrilliance2009 sudah pon memasuki perkarangan Taman Tasek Perdana Kuala Lumpur...yooooo ke garisan penamat laaa.. Semangt berlari ttp ada dlm mental aku.. walau aku dlam keadaan kekejangan otot.. aku tetap dgn kelajuan aku ke finishing line.. Laju Laju lg Laju aku lari.. huuuu kiri kanan penonton memberi semangat pd aku.. Trima kaseh pd you all...Syok beb.. xda orng belakang aku.. Heheheeh jgn lupe wat gaya untuk gambar aku dlm sijil nnti.. Finally aku melintasi garisan penamat dgn gaya tersendiri haahaa.. Yahoooo mission sudah pon sukses.. dlm tempoh bwah 1 jam 40 mint aku berlari sejauh 20km.. Letih aku lupa kan.. asalkan smpai ke garisan penamat..

Selamt berjaya kpd Team FCPJ smoge pulang sebagai juara.... were are the champion..!!!! So aku pon anta die r.. kat KPG PDG JAWA.. dlm 10 mint aku pon smpai ke destinasi yg d tujuiii.. Lepak2 ade laa dlm sejam..N then aku pon caw.. menuju ke rumah aku laa..

Tiba d tmpat aku berlari..(Taman Tasek Shah ALam) tmpat aku berkumpul seblom memulakan larian atau pon latihan intensif bg aku..MY partner is SHAH...dalam 10KM ++ aku berlari..agak2 daa rase letih aku pendekkan jarak..takot injured..sbb seblah malam aku layan futsal...

Masa untuk berhenti..azan magrib daa masok..so kitaorng stop berlari..seblom blah aku akan lepak wat seketika bersama pengujng magrib..nk tau pe itu pengunjng magrib boleh laa setai kami...hehehe...hanya berbual kosong..

Pulang ke rumah..klau x pon p minum dgn partner gua..tp arini die ade keje katenyer..tp aku rase die p dating kot die ramai awek beb..cover line la tue..so aku pon blah..p bank..p taik duit sat...p farmasi..p usha powerbar...utuk aku telan pad event nnti..G.E.20km...n then aku p pasar malam padng jawa (tiap-tiap malam jumaat sahaj) p usha pisang...pegi pegi xda laa pulak..pulang dengn hampa...last2 aku p beli burger kat area rumah aku..setell akhirnya..dan selasai laa sudah ape yg aku buat..pd 16-01-2009..
