Route = Bandar Anggerik + Shah Alam City + Shah Alam Lake
Distance = 17km ++
Amounts of Time = o1:30:07
Target per Week = 1ookm ++

Hati mau kuat.. kaki mau kuat.. Peha mau keras.. urat mau kuat.. tulang ibarat keluli aloi.. otot mau fit.. mental mau kuat.. Sakit tolak tepi.. Jantung kasi henjut.. Letih jangan fikir.. Kalau smua kuat mesti boleh.. hahaahah.. bermula laa latihan endurance selama 2 bulan berturut2 seblom event marathon buat julung kali aku join.. Klau kenya boleh habis 42 km.. xkan aku x bleh..
